1 hCG Diet

The hCG weight loss program is a drastic weight loss and detoxification program. Female patients can lose an average of 20 to 35 pounds and male patients average 30 to 45 pounds in a 43-day period. Losing large amounts of fat in a short amount of time can release toxins into the system. Because of the detoxifying effects of this diet, it is important that patients be in good overall health.

Health is assessed through a history, physical exam and basic blood work. Please understand that not every patient is a good candidate for the hCG program, especially those with compromised liver and kidney function and those taking multiple medications.

It is important that you visit the clinic on a weekly basis and discuss any unusual symptoms with Dr Winton. These follow-up visits are very brief and include: checking blood pressure, body fat, and a Slim Shot vitamin injection.

 

2 Active Lifestyle Diet

This is a 12 week program to educate and create optimal change that you will not only utilize short term but for the rest of your life. Food is one of the primary foundations of health. As Hippocrates once said, “let your food be your medicine and your medicine be your food.”

Dr. Winton uses this program for both weight loss and health restoration. Those that need to lose weight will lose 1 to 2 pounds per week. At the end of the program, you will feel benefits from improved vitality, confidence and be empowered with a comprehensive understanding of what it means to be healthy.
